Rose City Showdown (PAPA Circuit)

Qualifying will take place on Friday and Saturday with Finals on Sunday.

Friday 12pm – 2am
Saturday 12pm – 12am
Sunday 12pm (classic finals, open to follow)

The Rose City Showdown is an open qualifying tournament (AKA HERB-style). During the qualifying period, players may purchase tickets to play the qualifying machines. At the end of the qualifying period, players will be ranked according to their highest qualifying score on each machine. The top 16 players will advance to the finals in the Open Tournament. The top 16 players will advance to the finals in the Classics Tournament. *Note these are two separate tournaments. Just like last year tickets will be $3ea or 4/$10. Tickets can be used in either division. All money paid back to the winners!

With Added prizes and qualifying points toward the 2012-13 PAPA Circuit season with finals to be held at PAPA Headquarters Pre-Pinburg! Special thanks to the PAPA crew for putting together this season long event and including Rose City Pinball in the action.

Also, we have had this problem in the past and have thrown someone out of the tournament for repeat offending:

THERE IS NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR BEVERAGES ALLOWED INSIDE SLINGSHOT.

I have seen people try to bring stuff in, tell them they can’t and then do it anyway. You will be asked to leave and not come back if that happens.

Slingshot does have good food, including breakfast. If you need a coffee you can get it at the bar or drink your starbucks elsewhere.
